washing your hair, squeeze out all excess water and apply a healthy

dollop of conditioner to your hair, focusing on your hairline, the nape of the

minutes before you rinse it out. You’ll have gorgeous silky hair when it

dries!

One thing you cannot overlook is your diet. This may sound like an odd

nutrition than there is no cream in the world that can give you healthy

glow. Exercise will improve your cardiovascular system which will

improve circulation and increase blood flow to every part of your body,

Are you getting enough metal in your diet?  The breakdown that

causes gray hair can be found when your body isn’t getting enough

copper.  The good news is that there are many things you can do to get

more copper into your diet.  You can take a supplement, or you can eat

foods that have a lot of copper such as lima beans, spinach, yams, and

meat.

Try applying different natural ingredients to your skin. Cod liver oil,

Vitamin E oil, witch hazel, Aloe Vera gel, lemon juice and wheat germ oil

are all excellent ideas worth considering as they’ll moisturize the skin and

relieve the itching.

condition can easily be treated using a wide variety of home remedies.
